Job description

We are currently seeking a Level 2 IT Support Technician to provide on-site technical support to one of our key clients in Edinburgh. This part-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals with a strong service mindset and solid experience supporting modern, enterprise IT environments within regulated industries.

⚠️ Important: This position is open only to candidates based in Edinburgh or individuals who already hold a valid UK work permit. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Provide second-level on-site technical support to internal users.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows environments and Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.

Support and administer tools such as ServiceNow, Active Directory, and cloud-based backup solutions.

Act as a client-facing IT resource, maintaining clear and professional communication with end users and IT stakeholders.

Document incidents, requests, and actions accurately within the ticketing system.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Level 2 IT support or similar roles (MSP experience is a strong plus).

Solid technical knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and enterprise IT environments.

Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.

Experience supporting Financial Services clients is preferred.

Spanish language skills are a plus.
