Our Shared Service Centre, based out of Liverpool is a hub for transactional activity across multiple ABF companies. Supporting some well-known brands such as Kingsmill, Patak’s, Blue Dragon across disciplines including Payroll, Accounts Payable, Customer Services and IS, to name a few.
We have created a new role to join our team to serve as a liaison between IS and the wider businesses. Acting as a trusted advisor and business integrator, the focus is on understanding the business and its needs, translating them into effective digital solutions, and ensuring technology aligns with business goals and enables business performance. This role is critical for ensuring that IS is not just a service provider, but a true enabler of business value and innovation.
The IS team are based primarily out of Liverpool, comprising Application Support, Development, Security, PMO and Project Management. We deliver IS services across six different ABF Businesses within the Grocery Sector and the jobholder will be assigned to work across multiple Grocery Business Units.
As part of your role you will:
We are looking for someone who has a strong background working at the intersection of IS and business, ideally within FMCG environment. Experience in ERP implementation is highly desirable.
Demonstrable ability to understand business processes, challenges, and opportunities—and translate them into technology-enabled solutions, you will also have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
