We are looking to recruit a part‑time Individual Needs Assistant to work in our Reception class, supporting a pupil as they transition into primary school. The role involves supporting an individual child with their learning and developmental needs in class.
The role is currently mornings only (8.30 am-12 pm), but ideally, we are looking for flexibility and someone who can extend their hours if necessary, as there may be a need to increase to afternoons or support in another class in the afternoons. Please state on your application form if you can work part‑time or full‑time.
Hours of work:8.30 am- 12.00 pm Monday to Friday (term time only, including INSET days), 17.50 hours per week. Or 8.30 am- 3.30 pm if full-time, 32.5 hours per week.
The role has come about because of additional funding and is therefore fixed‑term until either the end of the academic year or until funding ceases.
