A leading public transport provider in Edinburgh is seeking an Independent Travel Coordinator for a part-time role focused on creating training programs for young people with disabilities. You will develop and deliver tailored travel training sessions, work closely with school pupils, and engage with local stakeholders. As our Independent Travel Coordinator, you’ll be part of the Accessibility and Inclusion function, responsible for designing and delivering a tailored travel training programme for young people in secondary education in Edinburgh.
This is a meaningful and impactful role where you’ll help shape brighter, more independent futures for young people in our communities.
Familiar with any health and safety risks associated with your role including compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Be an ambassador for inclusion, always promote and implement the company’s Diversity Policy and provide regular, timely and informative summaries of diversity information across the business instigating remedial or generative action as appropriate.
Uphold, safeguard and promote the reputation and values of the organisation throughout all internal and external business relationships and activities.
