Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Independent Living team to deliver excellent service.
• Manage Scheme Assistants and oversee day-to-day service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety, record keeping, and Health and Safety standards.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and grants for continuous improvement.
