A growing IT company in the United Kingdom is looking for an ICT Apprentice to provide technical support to customers. You will be the first point of contact for IT issues and will gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of computers and strong communication skills. Provide technical support to customers both internally and externally, through a range of communication channels, establishing and diagnosing ICT problems/faults using the required troubleshooting methodology and tools.

Salary: £16,705.13 per annum (A pay review will be completed once successfully completing the apprenticeship)
