Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (Adult) with current NMC registration.
  • Recent experience in tissue viability and lymphoedema care.
  • Ability to manage caseloads and monitor clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop knowledge in Tissue Viability and Lymphoedema as a hybrid role.
  • Participate in patient assessments and management in community settings.
  • Support KPIs and contribute to service development.

Skills

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to run and manage clinics
Support and participate in clinical audits
Familiarity with KPIs in a healthcare setting
Current UK Full driving licence
EMIS literate
Policy and Guideline writing skills

Education

Registered Nurse (Adult) Nursing Degree
Accredited Tissue Viability course
Accredited course in Leg Ulcer Management
Chronic oedema course
Management/leadership training
