Qualifications

• Previous experience in compliance, assurance, or risk role within financial services.
• Good working knowledge of FCA regulation, particularly Consumer Duty, CONC, SYSC and DISP.
• Proactive and inquisitive approach with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Carry out thematic monitoring reviews, file checks, and QA testing.
• Support colleagues with regulatory queries by providing accurate and timely information.
• Contribute to MI reporting for internal stakeholders.
