Job summary

A leading media company in the UK is seeking a Media Systems Analyst for an 8-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will support systems and applications used in content creation and assist the Media Systems Specialist. Responsibilities include logging and resolving incidents, systems administration, and ensuring adherence to data policies. The ideal candidate should have experience in media, technical support, and a strong understanding of various operating systems. This hybrid position is based in London.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Media or Broadcasting background.
• Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and MacOS.
• Experience in a customer service / Helpdesk / Technical Support role.

Responsibilities

• Log, diagnose and resolve incidents on core ITV Studios technology.
• Manage systems administration tasks, including user management and daily system checks.
• Support production media workflows ensuring ITV data policies are adhered to.

Skills

Media or Broadcasting background

Experience with Windows, Linux and MacOS

Customer service / Helpdesk / Technical Support experience

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud

Knowledge of MAM systems

Understanding of computers, both hardware and software

Tools
