Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a regulated claims environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of legal expenses insurance products, training will be provided.

• Manage customer expectations throughout the claim process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Proactively manage billing processes.
