• Previous experience of working in a HR and/or recruitment function.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding services.
• Manage recruitment campaigns including job descriptions and adverts.
• Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates.
• Conduct pre-employment checks and issue contracts.
• Build relationships with recruitment agencies and assess campaign effectiveness.
• Support onboarding processes and create induction plans.
• Contribute to employer branding and early careers initiatives.
