A leading cloud provider in the UK is looking for an HR Manager to oversee all HR operations. The role requires expertise in UK employment law, managing employee relations, and supporting recruitment processes. We have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Manager to join us at our unique Head Office in Renfrew which includes our state-of-the-art gym with weekly circuit training, a personal trainer and yoga classes as well as the Beeks Bar or weekly masseuse to help you unwind!
The HR Manager at Beeks will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of all HR activity across the Group. This is a hands-on, operational role reporting into the Chief People and Procurement Office and suited to someone comfortable working in a lean environment, acting as the main HR contact for managers and employees, and ensuring people processes are robust, compliant, and fit for a fast-growing, regulated technology business.
Own and manage the full employee lifecycle at Beeks, including onboarding, probation management, contract changes, and leavers
Support the CPPO with managing the HR KP's and their contribution to the overall business strategy
Manage the implementation and management of the Group workforce planning process
Prepare and maintain contracts, offer letters, variation letters, and HR documentation
Ensure employee records, right-to-work checks, and HR systems are accurate and compliant
Act as the first point of contact for all employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and capability
Lead ER cases end-to-end, ensuring fair process, appropriate documentation, and timely outcomes
Provide clear, practical guidance to line managers in a business-focused, proportionate way
Support managers with recruitment activity, coordinating agencies where required
Manage offers, contracts, pre-employment checks, and onboarding logistics
Ensure new starters are inducted effectively into Beeks’ culture, systems, and ways of working
Support managers with objective setting, probation reviews, and performance improvement plans
Monitor absence levels and manage short- and long-term sickness cases
Coordinate occupational health referrals where required
Act as the HR point of contact for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate data submissions
Support annual salary review and bonus processes
Maintain HR policies and procedures aligned to UK employment law and Beeks’ regulatory obligations
Ensure consistent application of policies across the Group
Support audits and governance requirements associated with a listed financial services business
Produce regular HR reporting including headcount, turnover, absence, and ER activity
Track probation end dates, visa expiry dates, and mandatory checks
Support the business with accurate people data and documentation
Proven experience in an operational HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor role
Strong, working knowledge of UK employment law
Demonstrable experience managing employee relations cases independently
Experience supporting payroll, contracts, and HR administration
Comfortable working in a lean HR environment with minimal support
Experience within technology, financial services, or regulated environments
CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualified (or working towards)
Experience supporting hybrid and internationally distributed teams
Practical, detail-driven, and highly organised
Calm, confident, and professional when handling sensitive issues
Approachable and credible with managers and employees
