A leading facilities management company in the UK is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor for their Datchet office. The role involves managing a variety of employee relations cases including disputes and disciplinaries while coaching managers. The ideal candidate has a strong ER background and knowledge of UK employment laws. Based at our Head Office in Datchet, Slough, Atlas is looking for an enthusiastic Employee Relations (ER) Advisor to complement our existing team.
As part of the ER Team, you will be responsible for advising on a full spectrum of employee relations cases ranging from absence management to disciplinaries to flexible working requests. You will lead case management discussions, ensuring the professional and fair management of cases, whilst coaching and mentoring managers as advocates of Atlas Values.
The ER Team is an integral part of the business, supporting our operational teams to ensure a professional, fair and consistent approach to our policies and procedures, minimising risk and promoting a positive ER culture within the business.
As part of the wider HR team, this role is key as we continue our journey to deliver a best-in-class HR offering to the business and our employees. No two days are ever the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Our ER Advisors report to the HR Manager for support and guidance. We have a variety of internal bespoke systems that you will use together with the standard Microsoft suite of programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
