A UK-based technology firm in Southampton seeks an HSE Advisor to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH General certification and demonstrate experience in HSE improvements and safety culture development. We are looking for a self-starter to join the established HSE Team in Southampton. You will be working as part of a small team assessing the existing policies, processes, and systems of work to ensure that, Leonardo's service meets the Customer's needs, is in line with Leonardo's policies and processes. The areas of the role include investigation and assessment as well as training, support services, and health, safety & environment.
The job is very varied and a wide range of skills is expected. People skills and good communication are necessary. Working as support to the HSE Manager Southampton you will:
