A leading law firm in the East Midlands is seeking a HR & Recruitment Coordinator. You will support recruitment and onboarding activities, providing specialized advice and support to managers and candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR or recruitment roles, along with a proven track record in recruitment and selection procedures. We’re looking for a HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join us at Smith Partnership, a forward-thinking, leading law firm in the Midlands, employing around 200 staff across 5 offices. You will be joining our growing HR team that plays a huge part in the growth of the business.
The main purpose of this role is to support recruitment, HR and onboarding activities, from early careers to senior posts. You will provide an effective and efficient specialist advice and support service to all recruiting managers and candidates.
