- Being POC for a workforce of approximately 200 employees. Mastering knowledge about HR Policies, benefits, company resources and answering day-to-day questions in a timely and thorough manner.**Employee Experience****Projects & Global Collaboration**• Contribute to country-level HR projects and global HR initiatives aiming to enhance employee experience• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR, preferably in a generalist capacity.• Proven experience working in global, matrixed organizations.• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Workday is desirable.• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.• Demonstrated ability to provide high-touch, customer-focused HR support, acting with a “customer-first” mindset.• Focused on enhancing processes and employee experience.• Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with broader HR and business objectives.* Understand our Operating Principles; make them the guidelines for how you do your job.* Own the customer experience - think and act in ways that put our customers first, give them seamless digital options at every touchpoint, and make them promoters of our products and services.* Know your stuff - be enthusiastic learners, users and advocates of our game-changing technology, products and services, especially our digital tools and experiences.* Win as a team - make big things happen by working together and being open to new ideas.* Be an active part of the Net Promoter System - a way of working that brings more employee and customer feedback into the company - by joining huddles, making call backs and helping us elevate opportunities to do better for our customers.* Drive results and growth.* Support a culture of inclusion in how you work and lead.* Do what's right for each other, our customers, investors and our communities.
