# HR Data Administrator## Job IntroductionWe’re looking for a detail-oriented HR Data Administrator to deliver a proactive and efficient administration service. You’ll play a key role in supporting HR operations and the Talent and Learning team, ensuring compliance, and providing a customer-focused experience for colleagues and managers.As a HR Data Administrator, you will need to be able to work accurately and follow complex instructions laid down in the training manuals and guides, and input and maintain data into our systems in both an accurate and timely manner. Experience of data entry would be a bonus but is not essential as we will train you, but your attention to detail is a must.Your day will be made up of providing HR, Talent & Learning and Payroll administration support; including:* Accurately processing staff changes in our HR Information System (iTrent).* Producing letters/forms.* Creating and running reports.* Updating spreadsheets.* Responding to enquiries professionally, providing clear and accurate information to colleagues and managers.* Organising and setting up training sessions, ensuring resources and materials are ready for smooth delivery.You will also assist in the maintenance of a number of HR email inboxes.**The ideal candidate**This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the beginning of their HR career.
