A healthcare organization in Wheathampstead seeks an experienced HR Coordinator to provide daily support to the HR and Learning Development teams. The role involves managing HR systems, onboarding new staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Location:- Wheathampstead, St Albans - 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home.
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours Monday to Friday. Occasional travel may be required.

As a HR Coordinator you will be providing daily support to the HR Team, Head of Learning & Developmentand our Care Home admin and management teamsto ensure smooth and efficient day to day running of the HR and learning and development needs across Welford Healthcare.
We are looking for an organised individual who is proficient in working with IT systems. The ideal candidate will understand Learning Management systems, HR admin or similar. Establishing good working relationships, working as part of a team.
