A healthcare organization is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their teams in Wheathampstead. The role involves providing support for HR and Learning & Development processes, managing onboarding and recruitment, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and IT skills, experience in administrative roles, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This full-time position includes 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home, along with ongoing training and opportunities for career advancement.
Location:- Wheathampstead, St Albans - 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home.
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours Monday to Friday. Occasional travel may be required.

As a HR Coordinator you will be providing daily support to the HR Team, Head of Learning & Developmentand our Care Home admin and management teamsto ensure smooth and efficient day to day running of the HR and learning and development needs across Welford Healthcare.
