The Opportunity
As our Graduate HR Coordinator, you’ll support the day‑to‑day operations of our HR function across Head Office — combining hands‑on people interaction with structured, detail‑driven work. You’ll develop broad HR expertise while building strong relationships across teams and gaining experience in:
Payroll and data work will require confidence with numbers and attention to detail — but the heart of this role is HR, problem‑solving and working with people.

This role is a hybrid role with the main location beingHigh Wycombe. We work from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday and finish at 1:00 pm on Fridays, allowing you to start your weekend early.
