Job summary

A human resources services provider is seeking an experienced HR Advisor in Canterbury. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line HR advice and guidance on policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Support managers with day-to-day HR queries including absence, performance, conduct, and capability issues.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding.
  • Assist in the coordination of recruitment processes.
