A leading charity organization in Nottingham seeks an experienced HR Advisor to manage employee relations cases through a hybrid working model. You will be responsible for providing HR advice and support while managing your own caseload on disciplinary and grievance matters. The organization emphasizes employee wellbeing and career progression, offering training and professional qualifications. Framework is a registered charity delivering housing support, health, care and employment services to people with a diverse range of needs. Our HR Advisory team includes three HR BPs and an HR Advisor who are looking for two further experienced HR Advisors to support them.
Our HR team works in a hybrid way that will allow you to meet the needs of our teams who are spread across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire, whilst giving you the flexibility to work in the most effective way. When not visiting sites to support our managers, you can be based in one of our offices in the Midlands or at home. We pride ourselves on being flexible employers.
As one of three HR Advisors, you’ll be the first point of contact for line managers for all Employee Relations casework. You’ll also work with an HR Business Partner supporting change management activities such as Restructuring, Redundancy processes and TUPE.
