A prominent mental health service provider in the UK seeks a Service Manager for its Housing Support Service. This role involves overseeing the management of supported accommodations and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The candidate will lead a team, support clients in maintaining their tenancies, and foster an inclusive work environment. Excellent communication skills and previous experience in mental health care are essential. Flexible working hours required to meet service needs, along with a valid UK driving license and business insurance.

Service Manager
Coventry, Melbourne Gardens – with some travel around the Coventry and Warwickshire Region.
37 hours per week, with flexibility in working extended hours outside of 09.00-17.00 and weekends to meet the needs of the service, and taking part in ‘on call’ rota covering out of hours.

Are you a compassionate, values-driven leader with a genuine passion for supporting people experiencing mental health challenges and homelessness? We are looking for a service manager to co-ordinate and manage the provision of Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire Mind’s supported accommodation provision.
The position holder will oversee the delivery of high quality person-centred, holistic support to clients, enabling them to develop and move on to live their lives independently. They will oversee management of supported accommodation, ensuring properties are compliant with health and safety and legislation. They will plan, co-ordinate and manage day to day service delivery, setting clear standards and targets, monitoring work quality and providing supervision to team leaders and administrator.
The service manager provide leadership that fosters a positive, respectful and inclusive environment, offering guidance, training and performance management to the team leaders and administrator while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the accommodation service. The post holder will promote and encourage a culture that works towards empowerment and recovery, whilst also valuing equality and diversity, proactively targeting to achieve levels of independence appropriate for each client.
Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire Mind is looking a full-time Housing Service Manager to work within our Housing Support Service. We manage a wide range of properties, which are located in various parts of Coventry and consist of single flats/bedsits and a number of shared houses for 2–8 people. The Housing Support Service matches a person to an appropriate property, and then provides practical and emotional support to enable the person to maintain and sustain their tenancy.
