Job summary

A housing association in Dungannon is seeking a Housing Officer for temporary maternity cover and a reserve list for permanent/temporary contracts. Job description

JOB TITLE: Housing Officer

LOCATION: Dungannon Office

POSITION AVAILABLE: 2x37hrs Temporary Maternity Cover and Reserve List for Permanent/Temporary contracts within Head Office.

We are currently using a blend of home and office working from the Dungannon Office which remains under review.

Essential Criteria
  • A third level qualification or Educated to ALevel standard (or equivalent) with a professional Housing qualification
  • 1 year relevant experience (as set out in the job description) with a social landlord or local authority
  • OR
  • Educated to ALevel standard or equivalent
  • and 2 years relevant experience in a Housing Officer role with a social landlord or local authority
  • OR
  • 3 years experience working as a Housing Officer

All successful applicants will also be required to provide documentary evidence of their right to work in the UK. Please note Apex do not hold a license to sponsor Working Visa's.
