Housekeeping Supervisor

We are hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our amazing team at Omni Facilities Management.

Company Overview

Established in 1980, Omni Facilities Management is a leading provider of outsourced services to over 150 hotels across the UK, Netherlands, and South Africa. Employing over 4,000 people, we provide housekeeping, recruitment, property and software services to major hotel groups including IHG, Hilton, Marriott, and Ritz‑Carlton.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out supervisor duties within the housekeeping department.
  • Support with cleaning guests' rooms when required.
  • Self‑check cleaned rooms.
  • Support Head Housekeepers when they are on leave or days off.
  • Participate in and carry out various housekeeping duties including room cleaning, public area cleaning, linen management, and supervision.
  • Check each room daily on the assigned floor to ensure it has been cleaned, includes necessary supplies, and meets hotel standards.
  • Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
  • Cover the Head Housekeeper when they are on days off.
Qualifications & Desired Profile
  • Experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor / Floor Supervisor.
  • Willingness to work.
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong organisational skills.
  • Confident, professional, and welcoming personality.
