Jumeirah Carlton Tower is a luxury hotel located in Knightsbridge, London, featuring 186 guestrooms, 87 balconies, an outdoor swimming pool, a rooftop health club, spa, private Cadogan Gardens access, and Italian restaurant La Maison Ani.

About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Housekeeping Porter to join us at Jumeirah Carlton Tower. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, including guest rooms, corridors, public spaces, and back‑of‑house areas.
  • Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.
  • Transport clean and soiled linens between laundry facilities and housekeeping areas, ensuring timely delivery and removal.
  • Restock housekeeping carts and storage areas with necessary supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and guest amenities.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver items such as extra towels, pillows, or toiletries to guest rooms.
  • Maintain and clean housekeeping equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and report any malfunctions to supervisors.
