Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years in an HR management role, ideally in a hotel or customer-focused environment.
  • Proactive self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and related legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all recruitment and selection for the property.
  • Drive training and development for staff.
  • Create and drive the engagement strategy within the hotel.
