Job summary

A local care service provider in Perth is seeking a Quality Officer to ensure high standards in care delivery. You will be involved in client assessments and support staff to enhance service quality. The ideal candidate has Domiciliary Care experience and knowledge of Perth and Dundee, holds SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, and requires a valid driving license. Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering high quality care at home services.
  • Excellent communication skills focused on positive outcomes.
  • Ability to participate in on-call systems with associated payments.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct client assessments and outcomes based care planning.
  • Provide support and supervision to staff teams.
  • Liaise with health and social care professionals.
  • Participate in out-of-hours on-call system.

Skills

Good geographical knowledge of Perth and Dundee
Experience in Domiciliary Care
Experience with supervising and supporting teams
Valid driving license and own transport

Education

SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
