About This Role

Freeman's Endowed Junior CE Academy is a friendly, inclusive, nurturing school with a big family feel, where everyone is treated with kindness, respect and understanding – our children love coming to school every day! Our staff work incredibly hard to provide an ambitious curriculum so that our children receive the best possible education. We are proud of our close links with St Barnabas School, which is our feeder infant school. Additionally, both schools are led and managed by the same Headteacher and Leadership Team – Our supportive leadership team are highly considerate of staff wellbeing and workload and strive to promote a positive working environment.

We Are Looking For An Enthusiastic HLTA Who Encompasses Our Passion And Values To Join Our Team. We Are Looking To Appoint Someone Who Is:

  • Enthusiastic, approachable and friendly,
  • Experienced in delivering cover for Class Teachers,
  • Able to make sure all children feel safe, happy and able to learn,
  • Understanding of the curriculum and pastoral needs of primary aged children,
  • Able to deliver and evaluate lessons, giving feedback when needed,
  • Confident in using a range of behaviour management skills,
  • Ability to work effectively, flexibly and independently,
  • Supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.
