Freeman's Endowed Junior CE Academy is a friendly, inclusive, nurturing school with a big family feel, where everyone is treated with kindness, respect and understanding – our children love coming to school every day! We are proud of our close links with St Barnabas School, which is our feeder infant school. • Enthusiastic, approachable and friendly,
• Experienced in delivering cover for Class Teachers,
• Able to make sure all children feel safe, happy and able to learn,
• Understanding of the curriculum and pastoral needs of primary aged children,
• Able to deliver and evaluate lessons, giving feedback when needed,
• Confident in using a range of behaviour management skills,
• Ability to work effectively, flexibly and independently,
• Supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.
