A leading transport and distribution company in Fort William is looking for a Training Coordinator to lead the development and delivery of training programmes for HGV drivers. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience with an HGV C+E licence and be able to develop training courses tailored to both the company's needs and legislation. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, along with a professional manner and excellent attention to detail. The role offers relocation support and various employee benefits.
The role could be delivered on a full or part time basis with relocation assistance in the form of temporary chalet accommodation OR progress towards becoming a hybrid role where an individual can demonstrate skills that are adaptable and flexible and align with organisational needs.

The main purpose of the role is to Lead on the development and delivery of training programmes to our HGV Drivers (c45) and Shunter/Trainee Drivers.
Ferguson Transport & Shipping has driver hubs in Fort William (Head Office), Grangemouth, Methil, Inverness, Invergordon, Isle of Skye and Kishorn and travelling to other depots will be facilitated by use of a company car.
