Job summary

A leading facilities management company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Domestic Assistant to create a safe and pleasant environment for patients, staff, and visitors. This role requires effective communication skills, knowledge of health and safety procedures, and the ability to follow cleaning protocols. Ideal candidates will have GCSE qualifications including Maths and English, and must possess the Right to Work in the UK. An enhanced DBS check will be conducted. Hours are Monday to Friday from 15:30 to 19:30.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and pleasant environment for patients, staff and visitors.
• Regularly remove waste and ensure correct disposal methods.
• Use chemicals and cleaning agents safely according to guidelines.
• Undertake deep cleaning as required by infection control procedures.
• Report defective machinery to the Hotel Services Team Leader.
