A reputable health and social care organization is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a six-month fixed-term contract in Southend-on-Sea. The successful candidate will work full-time to support HR processes, provide guidance on employee relations, and assist in the development of HR policies. A strong background in UK employment law and experience in health and social care is essential for this role, along with excellent communication skills. Salary is £32,146 pro-rata.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an HR Advisor in a generalist role.
• Experience providing HR advice on complex employee-relations issues.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and experience with TUPE transfers.

Responsibilities

• Work proactively with managers on employment areas such as HR policy.
• Provide training and coaching to line managers on HR procedures.
• Assist managers in controlling absence and advising on action plans.
• Contribute to HR policy and guidance writing.
• Support strategic projects and change management initiatives.
