  • The post holder will work as a member of the Paediatric Team, under the direction of the Ward Manager/Nurse in Charge. The post holder will always adhere to the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers in Wales (WG 2011) and the NLIAH (2010) All Wales Guidelines for Delegation.
