As we continue to grow and expand our offering, we are looking for a driven and motivated Head of Supply Chain to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our supply chain and its strategy to ensure efficiency, cost control, and continuity of supply.

Key Responsibilities

• Source new products and manage procurement of existing product ranges
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to deliver solutions and identify competitive advantages, enabling sales growth
• Manage and support Purchasing team
• Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize team/supplier performance
• Lead and manage tender responses and customer enquiries
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure resilience
• Develop and implement resourcing plans, maintain list of potential suppliers
• Drive efficiency, continuous improvement, cost control, and business continuity
• Develop supplier and category strategies to support sales growth
