Qualifications

• Degree in property, real estate, construction or surveying, or equivalent experience.
• Chartered Surveyor status (MRICS) or equivalent senior level experience.
• Strong grasp of landlord and tenant law, planning processes, valuation and the end to end transaction process.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic lead for the management of the University’s property and land portfolio.
• Drive estate commercialisation and income growth.
• Prepare business cases, valuations and investment appraisals for acquisitions and disposals.
