The Role

With a strong Inland Marine and Property foundation already in place, this business is ready to scale their international marine cargo offer and they want you to lead the charge

Collaborate with the business to secure capacity, build direct broker partnerships worldwide utilizing their existing network and craft bold strategies that grow their global marine cargo book

You’ll receive a competitive base salary up to £200k PLUS a 33% profit share and the chance to unlock a significant payout once key targets are hit

What we are looking for

This is ideal for you if you're the #1 or #2 Marine Cargo Underwriter currently working within a corporate environment, feeling restricted on business you can or can't write, plus feel held back having to wait for wholesalers to come to you

The opportunity to deal with international brokers directly, means you're able to develop stronger long-term relationships but also earn a larger commission split.
