Are you a visionary leader ready to transform healthcare logistics? Gloucestershire Managed Services (GMS) is seeking a Head of Logistics & Deputy Associate Director of Facilities to lead our integrated Logistics Service, covering Linen & Laundry, Transport, Post, Waste, Materials Management, and Warehousing.

• Drive innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence across all logistics services
• Lead strategic and operational initiatives, ensuring safe, compliant and customer-focused delivery
• Champion workforce development, digital transformation, and continuous improvement
• Support organisation-wide priorities as Deputy to the Associate Director of Facilities
