Head of Growth (Paid Social)

Multiply — the creative performance agency behind The Ad Professor — is hiring a Director of Growth to lead and scale our paid social division. You’ll be the architect of our growth engine, overseeing strategy, execution and innovation across Meta, TikTok and Google.

This role is for a hands‑on operator who thrives where data meets creative — someone who can scale accounts, systemize excellence and turn insights into real‑world performance.

You’ll manage a global team, partner with creative and strategy, and play a key role in shaping how top‑tier brands grow through paid media.

Responsibilities
  • Own strategy and execution across all paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google).
  • Drive performance on CAC, ROAS, LTV and other core growth KPIs.
  • Analyze creative performance and collaborate with creative teams to guide asset production.
  • Build and manage dashboards and reporting systems using tools like Supermetrics, Looker and Motion.
  • Hire, mentor and lead a team of growth specialists and analysts.
  • Represent Multiply in key client conversations, translating data into clear strategy.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in paid social leadership roles at top agencies or DTC brands.
  • Proven ability to scale ad accounts from 5 to 7 figures/month while increasing efficiency.
  • Deep platform expertise: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads and attribution tools.
  • Experience integrating creative insights into paid media strategy.
  • Skilled in performance reporting, data automation and growth system design.
  • Strong communicator, client‑facing and fast‑moving with high attention to detail.
