A leading engineering firm in the UK is seeking a Head of Engineering Management to oversee project delivery. This role involves leading a team of Engineering Managers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on cost, and on quality. Candidates should have significant leadership experience and a proven track record in complex engineering projects. The position offers flexible working arrangements and a competitive salary up to £85,000, along with generous benefits including private health insurance and employee discounts.

As Head of Engineering Management - Projects, you’ll be accountable for the delivery of our Project based activities, contributing to meeting SEA’s overall strategic objectives. Building and developing a team of Engineering Managers across project delivery portfolios, you’ll provide oversight and strategic guidance, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, cost, quality, and in accordance with SEA's Engineering processes.
You will be based at either our Barnstaple, Bristol or Beckington sites and allows for flexible working, including home working were appropriate. Regular visits to our three sites would be expected.
The salary for this role is up to £85k, depending on experience.
