Your Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a communications strategy for TCS in UK & Ireland aligned with the business strategy.
• Partner with service/function leadership teams; report and communicate progress regularly.
• Collaborate with our PR agency, global communications team, and UK&I marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across media and internal channels.
• Manage public perception and awareness of the company’s initiatives across key stakeholder audiences, including media, government and business leaders.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders; provide strategic coaching on communications goals.
• Lead the team: recruit a Communications Manager and line manage a Content Executive and an Internal Comms Executive; oversee a retained PR agency.
• Create media opportunities around TCS’ stories; seek to increase share of voice.
• Leverage UK sports sponsorships and promote community engagement initiatives.
• Anticipate reputational risk issues and implement appropriate communications actions.
• Lead UK&I internal communications, partnering with HR and CSR to ensure timely, accurate messaging.
• Lead programmes and projects from customer success stories to speeches and PoVs for senior stakeholders and flagship events.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Professional experience in Communications, ideally in a B2B environment within consulting, technology, or related services, or in a UK PR agency.
• Strong media relationships in the UK; experience designing and delivering ambitious communications plans and coverage.
• Experience in content, press and media relations, crisis management, reputation management, and internal communications.
• Experience navigating complex processes and organisational structures to deliver results.
