Kier Design is a top 25 engineering consultancy with 750 design professionals across the UK. Due to significant growth in our construction order book with water companies we are searching for a leader to join our design business to help deliver growth and design excellence in water engineering. This is a truly exciting role for an entrepreneurial leader to help grow the business and deliver some of the best projects within the regulated water sector.

37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
From £90,000 per annum + benefits + car allowance + private healthcare
As the Head of Capability for Water Engineering, you'll be leading on the development and implementation of our growth plan for the water sector, working closely with our construction teams and other design capability leaders to win and successfully deliver multi-disciplinary projects.
