• Assist with the day-to-day management of table plan using SevenRooms and coordinate future reservations, supervising the flow of walk-ins in a timely manner.
• Oversee and work alongside the floor and reception team for effective communication of turn times and dining requirements across all departments.
• Maintain relationships with guests, making them feel welcomed and valuable.
