We’re on the lookout for a Head Chef who lives and breathes fresh food, loves the buzz of a busy kitchen, and can keep calm even when the tickets are flying in like confetti. You’ll be the kind of leader who lifts the whole team, coaching, developing and creating that “we’ve-got-this” energy that makes service feel seamless. All of our dishes are made fresh, in our restaurants everyday, giving you the opportunity to work for a multi‑site brand, with a fresh approach to cooking.

If you’ve run a premium, fresh‑food kitchen before, maybe as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in a restaurant or gastro pub – amazing. But if your journey’s been a little different, don’t be shy. If you’re passionate, hands‑on, and know your way around great flavours and great margins… we definitely want to hear from you.

Pay

💸 Salary package of up to £46,000 per year* (combined fixed annual salary and base tronc), plus additional, uncapped tronc potential, based on site performance. Overall, on track earnings £52,000 based on current site performance.
