A pioneering handcrafted accessories brand in Greater London seeks a Growth Marketer to consolidate marketing efforts. This hands-on role focuses on building a data-led growth system, managing ad accounts, and optimizing email campaigns using Klaviyo. Candidates should have 3-6 years of DTC experience and be comfortable working closely with the leadership team in a collaborative studio environment. The ideal candidate has experience managing budgets and can effectively leverage AI tools for marketing tasks.
In 2020, when the world paused, Rachel and her family began beading at the kitchen table as a way to give back. What started as a fundraiser became a phenomenon — a cult brand worn by Dua Lipa, BLACKPINK, Gigi Hadid, and collectors in 70+ countries.
Every Ting is still designed by Rachel and handmade in our South East London studio — a space alive with colour, conversation, and the occasional bark from Nike and Hiro, our Havanese mascots. Eleven talented women string each bead with patience, precision, and care. Nothing mass‑produced, nothing off‑the‑shelf.
Today, String Ting is home to the world’s largest collection of handmade beaded phone accessories. From wristlets to bag charms to lanyards, every piece is made to be collected, swapped, and treasured — the joy is in building your own Ting universe.

We are looking for a Growth Marketer to bring our growth engine in-house.
Currently, our marketing is split across various contractors. Your mission is to consolidate these efforts, take full ownership, and build a cohesive, data‑led growth system that sits right next to the founder.
This is not a management role. There is no agency to brief. There is no team to delegate to. This is a role for a builder who wants to log into Ads Manager, write the email copy, and train our AI models themselves.
We are betting big on AI to scale our "high‑touch" brand voice. We use a custom‑built GPT system to codify our tone, creative standards, and operational logic.
