Group Pay & Benefits Administrator

Location: Cheltenham, UK

Role overview

To provide comprehensive administrative support for reward, benefits, fleet, and travel activities within the Group Reward team. This role will ensure data quality through accurate data management, timely processing and smooth operation of employee benefits and related services, contributing to an excellent employee experience and compliance with company policies.

Benefits Administration
  • Manage and maintain the flexible benefits platform.
  • Oversee day-to-day administration of employee benefits, including data collation and submission, queries from colleagues and liaising with benefit providers.
  • Process invoices and ensure timely payment to providers.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance colleague experience, efficiency and accuracy of benefit data management.
Fleet Management
  • Support administration of company cars for a small population.
  • Main point of contact for both colleagues and our fleet provider for front line queries.
  • Prepare and maintain fleet-related reports and documentation.
Travel Administration
  • Manage travel account requests and colleague queries.
  • Maintain the travel portal and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Provide internal support for travel policy compliance and reporting.
Reward Operational Support
  • Assist with legislative reporting requirements.
  • Ad hoc reward administrative support.
Tobe successful in this role you will demonstrate

  • Vendor coordination or management desirable.
  • Previous experience in benefits, fleet, or travel administration is desirable but not essential.
