As part of a close-knit team, you'll have the chance to broaden your skill set by getting involved in website and intranet management—should you wish to explore that area.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Enforce the Branding Guidelines to ensure they are being applied consistently across the Group in all material.
  • Design and prepare assets for campaigns, events, social media, presentations, email, internal newsletter and intranet
  • Support UX/UI design for web
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”.
  • Present ideas and concepts to the Marketing Team.
  • Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Support and work with our Brand and Creative designer on the Annual Report and Accounts
Other responsibilities

  • Offer advice and support to decision making around branding decisions.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
About You

You’re a creative thinker with a practical side. Someone who can turn ideas into polished visuals that resonate across different media and channels. Whether it’s a social campaign, a print brochure, or a quick turnaround request, you know how to prioritise and manage deadline, without dropping quality levels.

Communication comes naturally to you, and you’re comfortable collaborating with colleagues, sharing feedback, and contributing to a positive team dynamic.

You’re confident using Adobe Creative Suite, have a solid understanding of layout and typography, and enjoy turning concepts into compelling visuals.

If you’re a designer who can turn “Can you just make it pop?” into something that actually pops, we want to hear from you.
