The team design and develop test automation tools, performing manual testing when necessary. As a Test Automation Engineer, you will design and implement test tools to support QA and CX of products. You'll work closely with regional & global QA teams to ensure we deliver high-quality experiences and remove barriers to seamless service delivery.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with software developers and QA engineers to identify test scenarios and automate repetitive test cases.
  • Execute and monitor automated test suites and analyze results to identify and report defects.
