Graduate Scheme – Business Consultant (Microsoft D365 Graduate Programme 2026). Columbus, a global leader in digital solutions and consulting, invites graduates from diverse subject backgrounds to train as client‑facing business consultants. The programme commences in September 2026.
Key Details
- Location: Nottingham for 6‑month initial training (minimum 3 days per week). After training, base location may be anywhere in the UK.
- Salary: Approx. £29,000 basic salary, rising to £60,000 after 4 years depending on performance.
- Start: September 2026 (exact date to be confirmed).
- Online Test: Psychometric test required before the closing date.
- Closing Date for Applications and Online Test: Midnight Sunday 1 February 2026.

Role Responsibilities
- Provide consultancy expertise throughout the project lifecycle of an ERP implementation.
- Develop an in‑depth understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations.

About You – Essentials
- Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent qualifications/experience) in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business, IT, Psychology, Engineering or Manufacturing.
- Willingness to relocate to Nottingham for 6 months of office‑based training.
- Proactive, confident with a strong understanding of the business landscape.
- Flexibility to travel within the UK and abroad.
