Graduate Project Manager role at Tetra Tech Europe. Start Date: September 2026. Location: Edinburgh.

Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Project Management Team. You will work with high-performing teams on projects in water, environment, infrastructure, defence, energy, and international development. You will join the existing Project and Cost Management team and be involved in managing projects, working with high-profile clients and stakeholders, and delivering successful projects across UK Tetra Tech disciplines.

As a Graduate Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services and supporting the delivery of multiple projects for high-profile clients. You will manage project delivery through the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting in delivering projects with values ranging from £1m to £500m across both Public and Private sectors
  • Preparing tender and contract documents
  • Ensuring internal governance is adhered to
  • Assisting in the management and delivery of construction projects
  • Assisting in the development of works and resource management
  • Controlling project costs
  • Managing project risk
  • Facilitating project progress meetings with the project team
  • Implementing change control management
  • Client and Stakeholder liaison
  • Eligibility for Government Security Clearance
  • Supporting senior staff in delivering business objectives
Qualifications/Skills
  • A minimum 2:1 degree in Project Management or construction-related degree
  • Experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Project (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated with a professional and ethical approach
  • Team player, able to deliver multiple projects to deadlines while building effective relationships
  • Suitability for Security clearance
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and overseas as required
  • Full, clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (advantageous)
