A multidisciplinary engineering firm based in Croydon is seeking a Graduate to join their Water team. This role requires a Civil Engineering degree and offers the opportunity to work on significant water projects across the UK. You will support project implementation, prepare designs, and engage with clients and contractors. The position includes a 2-year graduate program designed to develop essential skills in project management and effective business practices.
As part of our 2026 Early Career programme we are looking to hire a Graduate in our Croydon based Water team
You will be joining a hard working and experienced team specialising predominantly on wastewater or clean water projects, infrastructure, or non-infrastructure. We are looking for people from a Civil Engineering study background as an essential requirement, along with a permanent right to work as we are unable to sponsor for this position.
The team work collaboratively across the UK but this role would require you to be located in our Croydon office 3 times a week. You will have the opportunity to working on many key projects in the Water sector. One of our recent successes was the upgrade of the Arley Sewage Treatment Works to comply with stringent water quality targets under the Water Framework Directive. Our Croydon office is next door to the East Croydon station, which makes it extremely accessible by train, with plenty of paid parking options close by, or free parking about 15 mins walk away.
On joining Pell Frischmann you will become part of an expert, multidisciplinary team where you will gain training and experience in your chosen specialism.
Additionally, you will be enrolled onto our 2 year Graduate programme. This exciting programme is built around the competence requirements of professional institutions and a great way to kick start your career. You will have opportunity to network with others graduates across the Group and develop key skills such as project management, business and personal effectiveness.
We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role due to salary thresholds. Applicants must already have the existing, unrestricted right to work in the UK for the full duration of our 2 to 3 year graduate programme. Unfortunately, this means we cannot accept applications where the right to work is time‑limited and would expire before the programme ends (July 2029).
